Our relationship with ourself is the root, the fuel, the life force of everything that we say, do and choose to experience. As it grows, we begin to see magic.
I believe that our lives are beautiful masterpieces and that we have the power to live them with balance, rooted in love.
My intuitive and holistic approach to my 1:1 immersions focuses on building strong communication with our body systems (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) and provides tools to bring those systems back into an aligned and empowered state. The courageous people who I have the honor to work with all receive a different experience, because our spiritual approach to the self must feel personal.

This work is for the committed. All 1:1 programs are a 3-month minimum of deep dive sessions, accountability homework to optimize personal growth and a profound building of self-awareness and motivation to guide your soul into a fulfilling place.

After we have our connection call and we both have decided it’s a great fit to work together, we will schedule a 2 hour intake session, which will be a deep dive into all of your systems to determine where your focuses of healing are. Then, we commit to a minimum of 3 months working together, through the immersion program of your choice. This timeframe gives you consistency, dedication and a structure to promote movement in the right direction.
