The Shift

Many of us have heard a lot of different kinds of “self love talk”:

Affirmations
Knowing you’re enough
Filling up your cup first
Doing nice things for yourself

This is BARELY skimming the surface of true self love, in my opinion.

Self love is something that needs to be broken down, with certain programs being unlearned about the definition itself.

Without this, we can’t even begin to understand what it means to have this best friendship.

We then have to learn it again from the ground up…in a way that feels truly personal and real.

We have to learn that one soul’s journey of self love will look vastly different from another’s…

…and that’s the point!  We are learning to love someone who isn’t like anyone else (that’s you)!

You may have been taught that self love is selfish. Maybe, you deplete yourself repeatedly for others and then hold resentment or have chronic fatigue. You may have negative self talk that pops up and you’ve caught yourself, knowing that you would never speak that way to a friend. You might know, deep down, that something needs to change.

When we cultivate our best friendship with the self, it is profound how our external relationships can evolve. Magic starts to happen all around us and in every aspect of our lives.

The Shift is the first step. It’s that first commitment to the self. It’s you saying, “enough is enough.” You know you’re worth it, deep down…you just need a little guidance to get started.

The program takes approximately 2-3 hours, but is encouraged to be done at your own pace. You will receive a workbook to answer questions and complete journal prompts, alongside digestible videos that guide the process. We will break down the definition of self love, receive baby-step tools and have several experiences to help in the releasing, reframing and rejuvenating work that is The Shift.

We aren’t saying affirmations to ourself. The majority of this course is UNlearning, and it’s the most crucial first step if you truly want to get to know and love your best friend.

We will connect with our bodies a LOT, because our vessel has so much to say to us. We will reframe the way we see our imperfections. We will see how much we were taught that was distorted and untrue. ⁣


This is The Shift.  It’s the first step.  It’s breaking things down.  It’s being present with the possible discomfort.  It’s trying something NEW.  It’s coming at the self from all angles and being curious, rather than doing it “right” or “graduating” (hint: graduation is an illusion).
